We are committed to a culture of continuous improvement through investment in the appropriate training and development of our staff and we are working towards the Investors in people accreditation.
We recognise this as a valuable contribution to fulfilling the aims of the business, and meeting the needs of our insurance service providers and customers.
Leeds Metropolitan University worked with FSH to develop the skills of our people with challenging weekly training sessions in our office-working environment.
Following this rigorous training and hard work, FSH staff graduated in certificates of personal and professional skills.
It is our company’s priority to regularly recruit trainees and apprentices on CITB trades training programmes.
We promote internally wherever we can and will offer assistance to any employee who wishes to gain additional skills and qualifications
